Ingredients

  • 1 beef or pork roast (any cut)
  • A-1 sauce
  • 1 package French onion soup mix
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • carrots
  • onions
  • potatoes

Instructions

  1. Rub all sides of the meat with A-1 sauce.
  2. Place the meat in a roasting pan lined with heavy-duty foil.
  3. Ensure the foil is large enough to seal around the roast.
  4. Sprinkle French onion soup mix over the meat.
  5. Add carrots, onions, and potatoes around the meat.
  6. Spoon cream of mushroom soup over all the vegetables and meat.
  7. Seal the foil tightly around the roast.
  8. Bake at 350°F until the meat is tender.
