Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces, drained
  • 8 oz. thin noodles
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In large skillet cook turkey in margarine until lightly browned; stirring to keep crumbly.
  2. Stir in onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Arrange uncooked noodles over mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
  4. Pour tomatoes over all; do not stir.
  5. Cover and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Makes 6 servings.
