Instructions
- In large skillet cook turkey in margarine until lightly browned; stirring to keep crumbly.
- Stir in onions, green peppers and mushrooms. Arrange uncooked noodles over mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese, salt and pepper.
- Pour tomatoes over all; do not stir.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- Makes 6 servings.
