Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
  • 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans diced tomatoes
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 2 onions
  • 1 green pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except cheese in slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  3. Ladle chili into bowls and top with shredded Cheddar cheese just before serving.
