Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups Pepperidge Farm seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 packages chopped frozen spinach
  • 6 eggs
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Accent

Instructions

  1. Prepare spinach according to package directions. Drain and press down to remove moisture.
  2. Add remaining ingredients: seasoned stuffing mix, beaten eggs, melted butter, chopped onion, Parmesan cheese, garlic salt, and Accent.
  3. Mix well until combined.
  4. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
  5. Place balls on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Can be frozen before baking and baked directly from frozen.
