Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. uncooked rice
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 c. frozen mixed vegetables

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients: uncooked rice, black pepper, cream of mushroom soup, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Cover and bake in the oven at 325°F for 1 1/2 hours.
