Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 box croutons (garlic and onion)
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly
  • 1 (10 oz.) bottle chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except jelly and sauce.
  2. Mix well and make balls.
  3. Brown in skillet.
  4. Combine jelly and chili sauce and mix well.
  5. Pour sauce over meatballs and bake in a 350° oven for 45 minutes or place in large skillet on top of stove and simmer for 20 minutes.
