Ingredients

  • 1 c. cooked quick hominy grits, hot
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 3/4 c. cornmeal mix
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • sweetened whipped cream

Instructions

  1. Blend margarine with hot grits until melted.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, except whipped cream.
  3. Mix well.
