Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 small jar strained baby food sweet potatoes (4 3/4 oz.)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple (8 1/4 oz.)

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a 9-inch pan.
  2. Melt 1 stick of butter and remove from heat.
  3. Add the melted butter to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Top with cream before serving.
