- Blend in well beaten egg yolks, melted butter, salt, and milk.

- Butter a ring mold or Bundt pan.

- Pour the sweet potato mixture into the prepared mold.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
- Turn the mold upside-down onto a large plate and let stand for 5 minutes.
