Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 pkg. active dry yeast
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour

Instructions

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan.
  2. Remove the milk from heat and add sugar and margarine.
  3. Stir until the margarine melts and mixture is combined.
  4. In a large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water.
  5. Stir until the yeast is dissolved.
  6. Add the milk mixture and eggs to the yeast, one at a time, mixing well.
