Swiss Ham Ring

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh broccoli, cooked ⓘ
- 1/4 cup onion (or onion powder) ⓘ
- Parsley flakes
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons margarine ⓘ
- 2 teaspoons prepared mustard ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese ⓘ
- 1 can Hormel chunk ham, drained and separated into chunks ⓘ
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls ⓘ
Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- Cook broccoli until tender, drain, and chop into smaller pieces.
- In a bowl, combine flour, onion (powder), margarine, mustard, and lemon juice.
- Add shredded Swiss cheese and ham chunks; mix well.
- Arrange the crescent rolls on a cookie sheet, forming a ring with about a 3-inch center.
- Spoon the filling evenly over the base of each triangle in the ring.
- Fold the points of the triangles over the filling and tuck under the bases of the triangles.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned.
- Serve hot.
