Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh broccoli, cooked
  • 1/4 cup onion (or onion powder)
  • Parsley flakes
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 teaspoons prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 can Hormel chunk ham, drained and separated into chunks
  • 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated quick crescent dinner rolls

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.
  2. Cook broccoli until tender, drain, and chop into smaller pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine flour, onion (powder), margarine, mustard, and lemon juice.
  4. Add shredded Swiss cheese and ham chunks; mix well.
  5. Arrange the crescent rolls on a cookie sheet, forming a ring with about a 3-inch center.
  6. Spoon the filling evenly over the base of each triangle in the ring.
  7. Fold the points of the triangles over the filling and tuck under the bases of the triangles.
  8. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until browned.
  10. Serve hot.
