Ingredients

  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 3 c. carrots, grated
  • 3 c. chopped ham, cooked
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • 1 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. Cook onion and carrots in oil until done.
  2. Add ham; mix together.
  3. Heat thoroughly.
  4. Add cooked rice and mix together. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
