Instructions
- Soak wheat in 2 cups lukewarm water while preparing other ingredients.
- Chop all ingredients: parsley, mint, green onions, and cucumber.
- Drain excess water from the soaked wheat.

- Cover and allow to set overnight.
- Stir again before serving.
