Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 8 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onions in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Drain excess fat from the beef and onions.
  3. Add tomato sauce, garlic salt, chili powder, and cumin to the skillet.
  4. Simmer over low heat until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 15-20 minutes.
