Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup baking mix
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Saute beef, onion, green pepper, and taco seasoning.
  2. Spread the beef mixture in a greased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Mix baking mix, eggs, and milk until smooth.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the beef.
  5. Pour the batter over the cheese and beef mixture.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 20 to 25 minutes until golden and cooked through.
