Ingredients

  • 2/3 head lettuce, torn small
  • 2 or 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • sweet onion, chopped
  • 16 oz. can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. Ranch dressing
  • 4 oz. Italian dressing
  • 8 oz. bag nacho Doritos, crushed

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together, except Doritos.
  2. Add the crushed Doritos just before serving.
  3. Optional: add celery, cucumber, or black olives for extra flavor and texture.
