Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe avocados
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. taco shells
  • 2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
  • 1 c. green onions, chopped
  • 3 medium tomatoes
  • 2 cans ripe olives
  • 3 oz. pkg. Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Spread bean dip in a serving dish, then layer with mashed avocados seasoned with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Top with chopped tomatoes, green onions, sliced olives, and sprinkle with shredded Cheddar cheese.
