Ingredients

  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped with juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can hominy with juice
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans with juice
  • 1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing
  • 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans with juice
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with juice
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Cook hamburger with chopped onion until browned.
  2. Rinse the cooked meat and return it to the pot.
  3. Add taco seasoning, green chiles with juice, hominy with juice, pinto beans with juice, ranch salad dressing, kidney beans with juice, stewed tomatoes with juice, and water.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
