Taco Soup I
A hearty and flavorful taco soup with ground beef, beans, and chiles, perfect for a quick family meal or casual gathering with bold Tex-Mex flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 onion, chopped ⓘ
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning ⓘ
- 1 (4 oz.) can green chiles, chopped with juice ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can hominy with juice ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans with juice ⓘ
- 1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing ⓘ
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans with juice ⓘ
- 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes with juice ⓘ
- 1 1/2 cups water ⓘ
Instructions
- Cook hamburger with chopped onion until browned.
- Rinse the cooked meat and return it to the pot.
- Add taco seasoning, green chiles with juice, hominy with juice, pinto beans with juice, ranch salad dressing, kidney beans with juice, stewed tomatoes with juice, and water.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
