Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dip mix
  • 1/2 c. chopped broccoli
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Press crescent rolls out on a jelly roll pan and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, and Ranch dip mix to make the topping.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture over the cooled crescent roll base.
  5. Top with finely chopped broccoli, green peppers, and tomatoes.
  6. Sprinkle grated cheese over the vegetables.
  7. Cut into squares and serve as an appetizer.
