Tamale Beans

- Cook dry beans until done, leaving slightly soupy. Season with salt and pepper (or red pepper flakes). Add canned tamales; remove paper from them after they get "rinsed" off in bean liquid. Cut them into large chunks in pot. Add cheese and beat until cheese melts.
