Ingredients

  • 1 to 2 lb. turkey breast
  • 1/2 c. plain yogurt
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. grated ginger root
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. cumin
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 garlic clove

Instructions

  1. Bone the turkey breast and remove skin.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag.
  3. Marinate the turkey in the refrigerator for 8 to 12 hours.
  4. Remove turkey from the bag, reserving the marinade.
  5. Grill the turkey over very hot coals for 8 to 10 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade.
  6. Serve with rice pilaf and a fresh steamed vegetable.
