Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 12 oz. chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Mix eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla, salt, flour, baking powder and butter together.
  2. Spread on a well-greased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  4. While hot, spread with a thin coat of peanut butter.
  5. Refrigerate until peanut butter hardens.
  6. Melt chocolate; spread over top.
  7. Cool.
