Ingredients

  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can cream corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) package cornbread mix
  • 1/2 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 cup yogurt or sour cream
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Drain the liquid from the corn so that it covers the corn by about 1/4 inch.
  2. Mix the drained corn, cream corn, cornbread mix, melted margarine, yogurt or sour cream, sugar, and eggs together until well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour, or until golden and set.
