Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 c sugar
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1 c milk
  • 1 c peanut butter
  • 2 c flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • dash of salt
  • 7 oz Hershey candy bar
  • 1 Tbsp shortening

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, vanilla, sugar, and oil in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add flour, baking powder, salt, and milk; beat until smooth.
  3. Pour the batter into a greased and floured large cookie sheet.
  4. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  5. Allow the cake to cool and then refrigerate.
  6. Spread peanut butter evenly on top of the cooled cake.
  7. Melt the Hershey candy bar with shortening and pour over the peanut butter layer.
