Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 small can diced chili peppers
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1 c. cooked long grain rice
  • 1 large can tomato juice
  • 2 to 3 carrots, diced

Instructions

  1. Saute onion, carrots and chili peppers.
  2. Add to browned ground beef.
  3. Add chili powder.
  4. Pour in tomato juice.
  5. Add rice and heat through.
