Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1/2 c. applesauce
  • 2/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 1/2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, crushed corn flakes, chopped onion, applesauce, salt, and garlic powder together well and shape into meatballs.
  2. Place the meatballs in a baking dish.
  3. Combine ketchup and water, then pour the mixture over the meatballs.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
