Ingredients

  • 12 oz. bag chocolate chips or butterscotch
  • 1/2 bag La Choy chow mein noodles
  • 1/3 cup peanuts

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate chips or butterscotch in a microwave or double boiler.
  2. Add the chow mein noodles and peanuts to the melted mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  3. Drop rounded spoonfuls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Chill until set before serving.
