Ingredients

  • 3 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 c. mashed baked yams
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except pecans. Pour into pie shell.
  2. Place whole pecans on top of the filling.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until set.
