Ingredients

  • 2 cans bean dip
  • 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 pkg. dry taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can small cooked shrimp
  • 1 small can chopped black olives
  • 3/4 cup mild or medium salsa
  • 3/4 cup chopped green onion
  • 1 cup chopped fresh tomatoes
  • 1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups guacamole

Instructions

  1. In the bottom of a large platter, spread all of the bean dip.
  2. Next, spread the sour cream layer over the bean dip.
  3. Top that with the guacamole.
  4. Sprinkle the dry taco seasoning mix over the guacamole.
  5. Add the cooked shrimp layer on top of the seasoning.
  6. Spoon the chopped black olives over the shrimp.
  7. Spread the salsa over the olives.
  8. Layer the chopped green onions on top of the salsa.
  9. Add the chopped fresh tomatoes on top of the green onions.
  10. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the tomatoes.
