Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tsp. rosemary leaves
  • 1 medium onion
  • 6 green onions with tops
  • 1 stick butter
  • 8 oz. can olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 jars mild picante sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients except shrimp or fish and picante sauce.
  2. Bake in a 325°F (163°C) oven for 30 minutes.
  3. Stir in the shrimp or fish.
  4. Continue to bake for another 30 minutes.
  5. Add picante sauce and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with rice and toasted French bread.
