Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon celery powder
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 bottle liquid smoke
  • 5 pounds brisket
  • 1 bottle Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Cover brisket with all ingredients and refrigerate overnight in a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  2. The next morning, add 1 bottle of Worcestershire sauce and black pepper.
  3. Bake in a 275° oven for 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Cover with barbecue sauce before serving.
