Ingredients

  • 2 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 sticks oleo
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 2 or more bananas
  • 1 large Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted oleo.
  2. Pat mixture in the bottom of a pan.
  3. Beat 2 cups powdered sugar, 2 sticks oleo, and eggs for 15 minutes.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crumb layer.
  5. Slice bananas and place them on top of the mixture.
  6. Spread drained pineapple over the bananas, then top with Cool Whip.
  7. Sprinkle with nuts and cherries.
  8. Refrigerate overnight.
