Ingredients

  • 1 lean flank steak (1 1/4 to 1 1/2 lb.)
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and lemon pepper well to create the marinade.
  2. Pour the marinade over thinly sliced beef, ensuring all pieces are coated.
