Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup corn meal
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 1/2 cups canned milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, corn meal, salt, baking soda, and sugar well together.
  2. Add oil, canned milk, and eggs to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  3. Pour the batter into a 7 1/2 x 12-inch pan sprayed with Pam.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
