Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. stew beef
  • 1 1/2 lb. linguica
  • 1 1/2 lb. chorizo
  • 4 to 5 potatoes
  • 1 bunch carrots
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 large bunch kale
  • 1 to 2 cans kidney beans

Instructions

  1. Cut the stew beef into bite-sized pieces and brown in olive oil.
  2. Skin and slice the linguica and chorizo into bite-sized pieces, then add to the beef to brown.
  3. Cover the meat and vegetables with water, add washed and chopped potatoes, carrots, and onions, and cook until everything is tender.
  4. Drain the kidney beans and add them to the soup, then cook for another 30 minutes.
