Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Oakfarms butter
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 cups Little Lulu cornbread
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • Neuhoff frankfurters or pork chops

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in melted butter until tender.
  2. Combine the sautéed onion with crumbled cornbread and seasonings (salt, poultry seasoning, pepper).
  3. Use as stuffing for pork chops or crown of frankfurters.
  4. Add 1/4 cup water if needed to moisten the mixture.
