Ingredients

  • 1 lb. frankfurters
  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1 large green pepper, sliced thin
  • 4 tomatoes, sliced thin
  • 1 can kernel corn
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions

  1. In a low casserole, arrange layers of sliced onion, sliced green pepper, sliced tomatoes, and kernel corn.
  2. Top with frankfurters that have been cut into 2-inch rounds.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
  4. If frankfurters brown too fast, cover with foil.
