Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cups frozen peas, drained
  • 2 cups Miracle Whip
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • imitation bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Break lettuce into bite-sized pieces and spread in a glass dish.
  2. Spread chopped celery over the lettuce.
  3. Sprinkle chopped onions over the celery.
  4. Add drained frozen peas over the onions.
  5. Mix sugar into Miracle Whip and spread over the peas.
  6. Sprinkle imitation bacon bits over the Miracle Whip layer.
  7. Optional: Spread shredded cheese over all, or add boiled eggs as a layer.
