Ingredients

  • 1 deep dish pie crust
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 8 to 10 oz evaporated milk or half and half
  • 1 to 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • 1 small can (5 oz) ham
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar or Swiss cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.
