Ingredients

  • 12 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 egg
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped green peppers
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into rings
  • 1 small can sliced black olives
  • salt
  • pepper
  • garlic salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tall jar pizza sauce
  • 3 oz sliced pepperoni
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Mix milk, egg, and seasonings with cooked and drained elbow macaroni.
  2. Pour the mixture into a greased 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
  3. Layer drained Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped green peppers, sliced onions, sliced black olives, sliced mushrooms, browned hamburger, and pepperoni slices over the macaroni mixture.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  5. Bake at 350°F for 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Let cool for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
