Ingredients

  • 2 cups self-rising meal
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 large onions
  • 2 large green peppers
  • 1 cup grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 can creamed corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
