Ingredients

  • 1 lb. macaroni
  • 1/4 c. chili powder
  • 1 lb. hamburger meat
  • 2 Tbsp. garlic
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of red pepper
  • 1 large can Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 large can water

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the hamburger meat until browned, then drain excess fat and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, combine cooked macaroni, cooked hamburger, chili powder, garlic, salt, red pepper, Ro-Tel diced tomatoes with green chilies, and water.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes until heated through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
