Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted margarine
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 to 4 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, sugar, and melted margarine together.
  2. Add yeast dissolved in warm water to the mixture.
  3. Stir in flour gradually to form a dough.
  4. Cover the dough and let it set overnight.
  5. Divide the dough into six balls; roll out each into a circle and cut into pie wedges.
  6. Roll each wedge from the wide end toward the point to form a crescent shape.
  7. Let these shaped rolls stand until they double in size, about 2 to 4 hours.
  8. Bake for 7 to 8 minutes at 425°F until golden brown.
