Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
  • water

Instructions

  1. Combine ground chuck, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, pepper, Italian seasoned bread crumbs, and egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add water gradually to the mixture as needed to help combine.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls.
  4. Roll each meatball in flour.
  5. Brown the meatballs in a small amount of hot olive oil until evenly cooked and browned.
  6. Add the browned meatballs to your favorite spaghetti sauce and simmer until fully cooked.
