Ingredients

  • 2 c. milk
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. biscuit mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 (4 oz.) can flake coconut
  • 1/3 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. In blender container, combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  2. Cover; blend on low speed for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into greased 9-inch round or square pan.
  4. Let stand at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with coconut and chopped nuts.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.
  7. Cool on wire rack.
