Tips & Substitutions

For a great flavor boost, you can add fresh herbs like rosemary or thyme to the marinade. If you don't have flank steak, skirt steak or sirloin can be good substitutes. Be sure to score the meat to allow the marinade to penetrate better. If you're short on time, marinating for just 30 minutes will still impart some flavor.

Serving Suggestions

Serve the marinated flank steak sliced thinly against the grain for maximum tenderness. It pairs beautifully with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad, and you can drizzle some Orange-Honey Dressing over the salad for added flavor. Consider serving it alongside rice or quinoa for a complete meal.

Storage & Reheating

Leftover marinated flank steak should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. To reheat, slice the steak against the grain and warm it gently in a skillet over low heat to avoid drying it out, or use a microwave in short intervals.
