Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Spam or 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can whole kernel corn, drained

Instructions

  1. If using hamburger, brown it in a skillet and drain the fat.
  2. If using Spam, chop it into chunks.
  3. Bring to a boil the cream of mushroom soup and water in a pot.
  4. Add the drained corn and Spam chunks or cooked hamburger to the soup mixture.
  5. Cook on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Stir well and let it stay for 1 minute before serving.
  7. Serve as is or over rice.
