Ingredients

  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • chopped onions (optional)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  1. Spray a 9 x 13-inch pan with cooking spray or Pam.
  2. Layer the bottom with hash brown patties.
  3. Mix sour cream, grated cheese, cream of chicken soup, and chopped onions (if using).
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the hash brown layer.
  5. Cover the dish with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 to 55 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
