Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded Cheddar, Mozzarella, Monterey Jack cheeses, chopped onion, and flour together.
  2. Spread the cheese mixture in a greased 10-inch pie plate with 1 1/2-inch depth.
  3. Beat eggs slightly in a bowl; add milk, salt, dry mustard, and Worcestershire sauce, then beat until well combined.
  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese mixture in the pie plate.
  5. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350°F oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before arranging sliced tomatoes around the edge of the pie, overlapping slightly.
