Three Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 3 1/3 cups sugar ⓘ
- 1 can evaporated milk ⓘ
- 1 cup butter or margarine ⓘ
- 1 cup packed brown sugar ⓘ
- 32 large marshmallows, halved ⓘ
- 2 cups semisweet chocolate chips ⓘ
- 2 milk chocolate candy bars, broken ⓘ
- 2 squares semisweet baking chocolate, chopped ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⓘ
- 2 cups chopped pecans ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, butter or margarine, and brown sugar.
- Cook and stir over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and mixture reaches a rapid boil, then boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in halved marshmallows until melted.
- Stir in chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
- Add broken milk chocolate bars and chopped baking chocolate, stirring until fully melted.
- Fold in vanilla extract and chopped pecans, mixing well.
- Pour mixture into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pan.
- Chill until firm and cut into squares.
